1. Who is Inspired by Poppy Ltd?

   Inspired by Poppy Ltd is a UK-registered limited company, created in October 2008, who specialise in providing education products and services. Click on 'About Us' to find out more. The first product is a unique spoken English training course (Inspiredenglish) which was launched in the classroom in May 2009.

2. What is Inspiredenglish?

   Inspiredenglish is a comprehensive spoken English training course. It comprises 10 modules with an emphasis on listening, speaking and practice using different learning tools.

3. Is Inspiredenglish an on-line or classroom-based course?

   Inspiredenglish can be purchased as either a classroom product (which includes some computer-based training exercises) or as a complete on-line product.

4. What is the Inspiredenglish difference?

   The course focuses on getting you to speak with confidence as quickly as possible through listening, thinking and speaking in English. It does not focus on excessive grammar elements, but uses unique tools to help you in your understanding. The course provides numerous training tools including a textbook, audio CDs, computer-based training tools and extensive audio-visual lessons. In addition, personal development is a key theme throughout the course - provided by your mentor and inspiration, Poppy.

5. How much does the Inspiredenglish product cost?

   One of the principles of Inspired by Poppy Ltd is that we provide value in enhancing the quality of people's lives. Our prices are very competitive. The classroom-based product price is Rs 3,500 (subject to change) whilst the on-line product prices are yet to be announced.

6. How long is the course?

   This is dependent on you. The course has been designed in such a way that you will be able to speak English from the very first lesson. For both the classroom and on-line course there are 10 modules which have been structured in such a way that each module can be completed in 2 days. Depending on your learning style, however, the course can be shortened or extended as required.

7. How do I know if Inspiredenglish is right for me?

   If you are interested in attending one of our classroom courses, we strongly recommend that you visit one of Inspiredenglish centres to discuss with our counsellors. For the on-line product, we advise you to register for FREE as a guest to our membership-only section for 3 days. Here you are provided with the full suite of computer-based training exercises as well as other resources. 8. I have invested in many spoken English courses already. I am still unable to speak English with confidence. Why should I purchase Inspiredenglish?

    Our competitors are different depending on whether we are talking about the classroom-based course or the on-line based course. Undoubtedly, the leaders in the spoken English classroom business in India are VETA. They have provided classroom-based training to huge numbers of people in recent years and are continuing to grow. We at Inspired by Poppy Ltd are keen to learn from their success by providing similarly outstanding products and customer service. In contrast, in the on-line world, Effortless English led by A. J. 1. In which locations are the classroom-based Inspiredenglish lessons available?

   Inspiredenglish is currently offered from our Inspired by Poppy centre in Chennai, India. We are seeking rapid expansion through India through 2009 and 2010. If you would like more details about Chennai centre, please call our office our submit the form below.

2. How is your course different to what your competitors are currently providing?

   Inspiredenglish provides the complete classroom package. We use extensive audio-visual exercises complemented by interactive practice sessions. We focus on listening, understanding and speaking. In addition, we provide you with our unique computer-based training exercises which can be completed at the centre or in the comfort of your own home.

3. What is included in the course fees?

   You will receive a comprehensive course text book (200 pages), 2x audio CDs, participation in the 10 classroom modules, full membership to the computer-based e-learning package along with other on-line resources, and end-of-course certification.

4. What are the different learning elements?

   There are fully interactive classroom courses (20 in total), which covers the 10 modules of Inspiredenglish. Each module has a different theme (e.g. going shopping, going on holiday, etc.) to support your spoken English development. The audio CDs allow you to continue to learn key phrases outside the classroom. In addition, our powerful e-learning tool package allows you to practice learning, understanding and speaking in English - similar to the classroom sessions, there are 10 modules of e-learning tools for you to practice.

5. Is a certificate provided after successful completion of the course?

   We know that a course certificate is important for you in your development. Inspired by Poppy Ltd provides you with a signed certificate (from the Inspiredenglish Principal Teacher) upon successful completion of the 10 modules.

1. How is the on-line product differ to the classroom product?

   We utilise the same 10 modules for the on-line version, so much of the learning material is the same. We will also include our extensive classroom audio-visual learning material as part of the on-line product purchase too. You will also have full access to the audio elements as well as the computer-based e-learning package. Naturally you will not have the day-to-day classroom interaction that you would with the classroom course, but you will be able to use our social discussion forum as well as participate in Skype conversations with other on-line students.

2. What is included in the course fees?

   We have not yet finalised the pricing for Inspiredenglish on-line - there will be a range of product offerings which you can customise to support your unique requirements. All materials will be made available to you on-line (including classroom lessons, e-learning package, audio CDs downloadable in mp3 format, etc.). We will also offer the option of purchasing the physical products which we can then send to you by mail.

3. I hear that there is a monthly subscription to Inspiredenglish available as well. Please could you provide more details of this?

   Your development is not complete when you finish the course. That is why we will provide you with additional on-line resources on a weekly basis to further develop your spoken English skills. This will include, amongst others, downloadable podcasts, additional (Quickfire) audio exercises, on-going access to our Inspiredenglish community.

2. What is unique about the Inspiredenglish franchise architecture?

   It has been specifically developed for those individuals who have prior frnachise experience with the desire to grow a profitable business. The initial investment is very competitive. Our strengths are in our product, our services and our people. One area we know other educational franchisees suffer is with the variability in teaching ability affecting the success of some franchise units - we have specifically addressed this concern through our product.    Our initial focus will be in India (all regions), but we have plans to develop the franchise business outside India in 2010.
